Welcome to Star Fun! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a
legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and
SKYCLOUD TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED ("Company," "we," "us," or "our")
regarding your use of the Star Fun mobile game application ("App")
and related services.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Star Fun, you agree
to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms,
please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Star Fun is a match-3 puzzle mobile game where players match
colorful stars to complete levels and progress through the game. The
App offers:
- Hundreds of challenging puzzle levels
- Power-ups and special boosters
- Energy system for gameplay progression
- In-app purchases for additional energy and game items
- Leaderboards and achievement tracking
- Regular updates with new levels and features
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect
of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 Age Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use Star Fun.

4. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
4.1 Virtual Currency and Items

Star Fun offers in-app purchases, including energy packages and
other virtual items.

Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for
cash or real-world goods.

Virtual items are licensed, not sold, and remain our property at
all times.

Virtual items are non-transferable and cannot be traded or sold to
other users.
4.2 Energy System
- Energy is required to play game levels.

Energy regenerates over time automatically (one energy unit every
30 minutes).

You can purchase additional energy packages through in-app
purchases.

Purchased energy does not expire but may be subject to our
policies.
4.3 Payment Terms
- All purchases are processed securely through PayPal.

Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable
taxes.

You authorize PayPal to charge your chosen payment method for all
purchases.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

We may change prices at any time, but price changes will not
affect purchases already made.
4.4 Available Energy Packages
- 50 Energy Package: $0.99 USD
- 150 Energy Package: $2.99 USD
- 500 Energy Package: $9.99 USD

5. Refund Policy
5.1 General Refund Policy
All in-app purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
However, we may issue refunds in the following circumstances:

without your authorization (subject to verification)

5.4 PayPal Disputes
If you initiate a payment dispute through PayPal, we may suspend
your account pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result
in permanent account termination.
6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:

Cheat, hack, or use unauthorized third-party software or tools
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the App
- Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
- Share or sell your account credentials
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated bots, scripts, or macros
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff
- Engage in fraudulent payment activities or chargebacks
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users'
accounts
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension,
termination, and forfeiture of all virtual items without refund.
7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content in Star Fun, including but not limited to:
- Graphics, artwork, animations, and visual designs
- Software code, algorithms, and game mechanics
- Text, music, sound effects, and audio
- Trademarks, logos, and brand names
- Level designs and game progression systems
are owned by SKYCLOUD TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED or our licensors and are
protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property
laws.
7.2 License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable
license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This
license does not grant you any ownership rights.
7.3 Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our
App or included software, nor may you create derivative works based
on the App.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection
of your personal information is governed by our
Privacy Policy, which is
incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using Star Fun, you consent to our collection and use of your
information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Updates and Modifications
9.1 App Updates

- You consent to automatic updates when available.

- Warranties that the App will meet your requirements

10.2 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be available at all times

The App will be free from bugs, errors, or security
vulnerabilities
- Your game progress will be saved or preserved
- Virtual items will retain their value or functionality
10.3 Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services (such as PayPal). We
are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability
of third-party services.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

This includes damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or
other intangible losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in
the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is
greater

These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the
possibility of such damages

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain
warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above
limitations may not apply to you
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SKYCLOUD
TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, its officers, directors, employees, and agents
from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses
(including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of third parties
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Any unauthorized use of your account
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Deleting the App from your device
- Contacting support to request account deletion
Upon termination, you forfeit all virtual items and game progress
without refund.
13.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice
if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the App or Service
13.3 Effects of Termination
- All licenses granted to you will immediately terminate
- You must cease all use of the App
- Virtual items and game progress will be deleted
- No refunds will be provided for unused virtual items

Sections that by their nature should survive will continue to
apply
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law
provisions.
14.2 Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be
resolved through binding arbitration, except that:
- You may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual
property violations
14.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only. You waive
any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide
arbitration.
14.4 Informal Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at
skycloudtec2025@outlook.com to attempt to resolve
the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute
within 60 days.
15. Miscellaneous Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire
agreement between you and SKYCLOUD TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED regarding
the App.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the
remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will
not be considered a waiver of those rights.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights without
our written consent. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or
successor.
15.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to
circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural
disasters, war, terrorism, riots, or technical failures.
15.6 Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all export and import laws and regulations
when using the App.

BY USING STAR FUN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD,
AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE
TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE THE APP.
